Working as part of a supportive class team, you will provide one-to-one support for pupils, helping them to develop independence, communication, and positive interaction with others. This role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting pupils with ADHD, ASC, SEMH, and complex needs. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly committed, and able to use their initiative to adapt support to meet individual pupil needs.
