Who you'll work with
As a member of the Arista Sales team, you will be the face of Arista to our customers, championing their needs and aligning Arista’s technical resources to achieve their business outcomes. You will collaborate with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help customers understand and execute solutions. This role reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a Senior Named Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. You will use a consultative sales approach to develop client relationships within enterprise named accounts and new white space accounts, particularly with FTSE 250 and global organizations in the UK across sectors like Transportation, Energy, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing.
Your responsibilities include winning and expanding business, engaging with key stakeholders including C-level executives, designing solutions with systems engineers, collaborating with partners, managing key relationships, and executing demand generation activities.
Qualifications
* Exceed sales objectives and expand Arista’s presence within 5-6 named enterprise accounts, while developing new logo accounts.
* Utilize consultative selling to address business needs related to hybrid cloud and legacy IT systems with Arista’s product portfolio, including Cloud Networking, CloudEOS, Cognitive Campus Networking, Wifi, CloudVision, and Monitoring Fabric solutions.
* Engage with key influencers and decision-makers to present Arista’s value.
* Work with systems engineers to design solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
* Partner with technology providers to identify prospects and demonstrate solutions.
* Manage relationships and develop strategic account plans through regular reviews.
* Conduct demand generation activities like happy hours, lunch-n-learns, and tech forums.
* Collaborate on marketing strategies and stay updated on industry solutions and competitors.
