Assistant Site Manager – Stafford

Responsibilities
* Control all labour on site, including direct and subcontracted, to ensure activities are coordinated and scheduled.
* Monitor all site activities to ensure operations comply with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
* Ensure site security is adequate at all times, including traffic management, theft prevention and general public access.
* Provide cover when the Site Manager is off‑site, during meetings, holiday cover or sickness.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role, ideally with a housebuilder.
* Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub‑contract activity daily.
* Positive can‑do attitude to succeed and progress within the business.
* Relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.
