An exciting career opportunity for a Health Economist/Health Economic Modeller to join a growing global Market Access and HEOR consulting firm with a people-focused culture and a proven progression path. The company is expanding, with a wealth of repeat and new business, supported by a highly experienced leadership team to ensure long-term success.
The role includes:
* Building and adapting Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact, and other bespoke models) using Excel, VBA, and R
* Developing projects within a smaller company environment with no politics or rigid structures
* Supporting company growth by assisting with proposals and understanding client needs
* Gaining exposure to a variety of work in a small global company specializing in Market Access & HEOR
* Contributing to cross-functional projects and gaining insights into different parts of the business
* Mentoring junior colleagues and taking on managerial responsibilities over time
The ideal candidate profile includes:
* At least 3 years of health economic modelling experience (preferably in consulting, but strong academic backgrounds are also considered)
* MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Statistics, or related fields
* Knowledge of UK HTA is desirable
* Hands-on approach and attention to detail
* Good communication skills for internal and external relationship building
* Enjoyment of working in a smaller, growing team with opportunities to make an impact
