Overview
Care Assistant role at HC-One across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This includes personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, as well as helping with daily activities in the home. You will deliver care with the aim of maintaining each resident’s individuality and quality of life, including compassionate support for those with limited mobility or who are distressed, and end-of-life care when required. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake related training as needed.
