Purpose of Role
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
* Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically £50k to £1m+)
* Manage construction, M&E, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sites
* Coordinate project delivery across lifecycle – planning, governance, financial control, and risk management
* Work closely with Commercial, PMO and Senior Project Managers, reporting to the Project Sector Lead
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and KPI achievement
* Manage subcontractor packages and procurement
* Preparation of tenders
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* Proven project management experience in property, infrastructure, or M&E sectors
* Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors
* Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations
* SC cleared or willing to obtain
* BPSS is the basic requirement
