Principal Solution Architect
* Salary: £120,000 – £1145,000 + 15% bonus + matched pension + share scheme
* Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to client sites

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of complex, modern digital solutions across large-scale programmes.
* Define architectural principles, technical strategy, and design assurance across multiple teams.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align business outcomes with technology direction.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers, helping them progress in their careers.
* Drive consistency and excellence through architectural governance and continuous improvement.
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and help shape long-term technical roadmaps.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software architectures and transformations.
* Strong technical foundation across cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), SaaS, and PaaS.
* Deep understanding of solution architecture, integration, APIs, and non-functional design.
* Background in software engineering, with the ability to communicate credibly across technical teams.
* Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and balancing technical and commercial priorities.
* Passion for coaching and developing others — with a genuine interest in building capability and culture.

* Experience shaping technology strategy or contributing to pre-sales and account growth.
