Complete Gateway 2 submissions for the building safety regulator, perform complex plan checking, and retrospective functions in the building control sector. Be responsible for inspecting a range of projects effectively and efficiently, including stylish student accommodation, residential block transformations, historic commercial premises, and modernised hotels. This role is pivotal to the development of Building Control professionals, with the opportunity to develop into a Class 3 Registered Building Control Consultant.
