The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to take ownership of regional growth and client development. This role offers a blend of autonomy and strategic influence, with the opportunity to expand market presence and build long-term partnerships.
The Role
You will lead regional development activities, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Represent the business at client meetings and events
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in business or regional development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and self‑motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Full UK driving license is essential
