Your Role
As a Children and Families Social Worker in Corporate Parenting 0-13 you will:
Deliver High Quality Statutory Practice: Hold a caseload and contribute to statutory responsibilities, ensuring children’s plans are child-centred, timely, and focused on improving outcomes.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop meaningful, restorative relationships with children and families, supporting children to understand their experiences and move towards permanence.
Work in Partnership: Work closely with the Contact Service and wider partners to maintain safe and meaningful family connections.
Support Permanency Planning: Contribute to permanency planning, including Adoption and Special Guardianship pathways, ensuring children’s voices remain central to decision-making.

Requirements: To be considered for a position you must have a degree in Social Work or equivalent and be registered with Social Work England.
