Store Manager

It\'s a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager to join our growing Belfast York Gate team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience and a customer-obsessed approach in a high street store.
* Shape the customer shopping journey by delivering a genuine, expressive shopping experience that helps customers show their individuality and style.
* Create and lead a team that supports one another, delivers results and enjoys the process.
* Be fully accountable for store performance by working with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities affecting KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous store/deputy management experience
* Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team
* Identification as a New Look brand advocate
* History of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and service
* Strong organizational skills for inventory management, stock control and replenishment
