This isn’t a typical sales role and you’re not a typical sales rep. As Highspeed Doors Sales Manager, you act as a trusted advisor, offering customers smart, tailored solutions that solve real operational challenges. You’re not here to push a product you’re here to add value.

What you bring
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical field
Experience with long sales cycles and consultative selling
Confidence dealing with end clients, engineers, and architects
A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial drive
You thrive in complex, high-impact projects
What else you bring
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you get the technical picture. You can talk specs, understand custom requests, and explain how our products solve real-world challenges. You’re comfortable discussing drawings, working with architects, and coordinating with suppliers. That’s what earns customer trust.
