Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Mac Support Engineer to join a busy End User Compute team supporting large enterprise and government users. You'll be the go-to Apple expert, providing 3rd line support, shaping solutions, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced support for macOS in enterprise/public sector environments.
* Lead on UEM tools - Workspace ONE (primary) and JAMF (Legacy).
* Support projects such as device refreshes, migrations, and endpoint upgrades.
* Mentor engineers and drive service improvements.
* Ensure secure and compliant solutions in line with Zero Trust principles.
Skills & experience
* Strong background in enterprise Mac support.
* Workspace ONE & JAMF expertise (Jamf 300/400 desirable).
* Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, ADE, VPP.
* Bash scripting/automation skills.
* Endpoint security and vulnerability management.
* Experience leading or mentoring within technical teams.
* Active SC clearance is essential.
