The role
The Applications Analyst role will be responsible for:
1. gathering requirements, analysis, identifying need for new applications / systems
2. translate business requirement into a technical solution
3. application support, acting as an escalation point for 3rd party support provider
4. project management activities
5. investigate and troubleshoot application issues
About you
Applicants for the Applications Analyst role will have:
6. strong knowledge of SAP and familiarity with its various modules / functionalities
7. experience of a programming language (e.g. ABAP)
8. experience of application / systems support, as well as experience managing projects
9. excellent communicator and stakeholder engagement skills
