Job Responsibilities
* Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and serve as the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
* Focus on results, stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements.
About the Role
Previous experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or retail environment is ideal, especially if you have tackled night shifts before. Hospitality moves fast – if you thrive on action, love leading people and want to make an impact every day, our Duty Manager role is for you.
Qualifications
* 5 years of references and a criminal record check are required.
* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks, handle, and sell alcohol.
Pay & Hours
Pay rate: 13.81 per hour. You will earn an additional 1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your total rate to 15.31 per hour.
Hours of operation are 2 am to 11 pm. We have part‑time (20 hrs) fixed‑term roles available, with the potential to become permanent. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
