About the Role As a Construction Associate, you'll become part of a wider national and international team of more than 100 specialist lawyers, including 24 Partners, offering a full service of legal solutions to all aspects of the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on non-contentious construction matters across various sectors, including: Buildings and residential accommodation Living accommodation Civil and process plant engineering Energy projects Infrastructure Transport Utilities Working across both private and public sector projects Providing project support and advice to wider Real Estate, Banking, and Projects teams Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and documentation Managing complex construction transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and industry groups Contributing to business development efforts Engaging in continuous professional development This role offers excellent variety, working on hugely varied construction projects with genuine autonomy and support from an experienced team of experts.
