Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop and assess Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to set therapy goals and track progress.
* Implement therapeutic activities that enhance students' physical and cognitive skills.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions.
* Participate in staff meetings and engage in professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
* Current Washington state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working in school settings, especially with K-12 students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* A commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
