A typical day for an HGV Class 2 Driver will include: Safe delivery and collection of plant equipment Loading, unloading, and securing machinery using correct strapping methods Carrying out daily vehicle checks Providing excellent customer service on-site Working closely with the depot team to ensure efficient operations This HGV Class 2 Driver role offers stable, local work with no nights out. About You (HGV Class 2 Driver) To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you should: Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Have a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Be willing to learn – full training on plant equipment provided Have a positive, can-do attitude Be reliable and safety-conscious Have good customer-facing skills Previous experience transporting plant machinery is beneficial but not essential.
