Camphill Blair Drummond is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the growth and development of our employees and volunteers through high-quality training and learning experiences.
As part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering face-to-face training, blended learning, and on-the-job development. You’ll help shape our community by supporting competence assessments, maintaining training records, and contributing to continuous improvement across our services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering and facilitating mandatory and developmental training
2. Supporting competence assessments and reflective practice
3. Managing training resources and records
4. Assisting with scheduling and reporting
5. Contributing to quality assurance and service improvement
What We’re Looking For:
6. SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
7. Experience in a social care environment
8. Strong communication and digital skills
9. A commitment to Camphill’s ethos and values
Desirable qualifications include a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS) and experience in quality assurance, health & safety, or general administration.
