We are seeking an experienced secretary to provide professional support within our busy rural office. You will play a key role in supporting the Chairman and General Manager across a diverse portfolio of properties, farms, forests and renewable energy sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate documents, letters, file notes, and emails from dictation and copy typing.
* Proofread, edit, and format reports and correspondence to a high standard.
* Manage the Chairman's diary, arrange meetings, and coordinate logistics.
* Maintain well-organised digital and paper filing systems.
* Use IT software and online platforms to support business operations.
* Provide occasional ad-hoc support requiring discretion and professionalism.
* Answer incoming telephone calls
* Manage email inbox including printing, distributing and saving
* Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies
About You
* Highly skilled in typing and document production, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Confident in spelling, grammar, and written presentation.
* Calm, supportive, and professional, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
* Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities efficiently.
* Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
* Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 and Friday 09:00 - 14:30
