We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery Team, delivering projects across clean and wastewater sites. • Up to £55k • Company car or car allowance There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. You will be responsible for delivering client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner, ensuring that work is completed within clearly defined budgets and timescale. • Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices. • Ensure the role in the capacity of temporary works coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training. • Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance where required. • Produce site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation. • Accept the role of principle contractor on behalf of the company, and if required, ensure the correct measures are in place for suitable management of sub- contractors. • Create and maintain effective communication and a good working relationship with the client through meeting attendance, site visits, portal updates and so on. • Ensure an understanding of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the allocated responsibilities under the Health and Safety At Work Act including those under the CDM Regulations 2015. • Previous experience in the delivery of relevant projects • Ability to manage projects in a direct delivery model • Full clean UK driving licence • Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Project Finance / Rewards • Up to £55k plus a company car or car allowance • 6% company pension contribution • Life Assurance • Income protection • Benifex Platform - including the Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and the Bike Scheme Holidays • You will receive 24 days’ paid holiday per annum, rising to 25 after two years’ service • Options to buy five extra days using the Holiday Scheme • Volunteering day - up to two days per year to contribute to our local communities Health and Wellbeing • Private Medical Insurance • Eyecare Scheme Our vision is to be the best water and environment sustainability specialist.
