The Role
As the Family Liaison Officer / Assistant Site Supervisor, you’ll act as the vital link between our site operations and the families affected by ongoing works. You’ll ensure the project runs smoothly while maintaining excellent relationships and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for service families during project works
*
Support the Site Manager with daily supervision, coordination, and site logistics
*
Conduct property inspections, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
*
Manage and resolve resident queries with empathy and professionalism
*
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and progress reporting
*
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in construction, housing, or facilities management (MOD experience desirable)
*
A strong communicator with excellent people skills
*
Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
*
Knowledgeable in health & safety procedures and site supervision
Essential Requirements:
*
SMSTS qualification
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Experience working on live construction or refurbishment sites
