The role
Fram is working with a growing national financial planning firm that is looking to engage with a Financial Planner to join its advisory team in the West Country. The business continues to attract new clients and has an established client base, providing advisers with the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality financial planning rather than building a book from scratch. The role involves taking responsibility for an existing portfolio of clients and providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and wider wealth management needs. Client meetings are conducted both face-to-face and via Teams, offering a varied and flexible approach to relationship management. The firm provides strong paraplanning and administrative support, allowing advisers to focus on client outcomes and ongoing relationship development. The environment is professional, collaborative, and growth focused, with advisers encouraged to build long-term relationships and deliver a high standard of advice. This may appeal to an experienced Financial Planner who is close to Chartered status or has already achieved Chartered designation. Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to build trust with clients will be important. The role suits someone who enjoys working with established clients and wants to be part of a busy and growing financial planning business. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
