This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and looking to gain classroom experience. We are extremely busy with requests from our schools with the flexibility of working around your commitments as we offer part-time and full-time hours to suit. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cover supervisor or Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), Sports Coach or Youth Worker. If you are looking for a future career in teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within the classroom. Role Overview: Supervise classes during teacher absences. Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plan provided. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
