Key Role Responsibilities
* Drive new business across midmarket and enterprise clients (UK & global).
* Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, quoting, closing, and nurturing.
* Deliver a minimum £15k/month GP within 6 months.
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted IT advisor.
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing to develop tailored solutions.
Key Attributes Required
* 10+ years in IT reseller (VAR) sales within the £5m–£50m revenue space.
* Proven track record in generating new GP from cold.
* Strong personal network of senior decision-makers.
* Comfortable selling complex, multi-vendor solutions.
* Independent, commercially sharp, and target-driven.
* Avoidance of candidates from large corporate resellers or MSP/public sector focus.
