What does the role involve?
As a hybrid Demand/Supply Planner, you will facilitate Sales & Operations Planning by partnering with Sales and Marketing to create accurate sales forecasts for Northern Europe Markets. Effective communication with senior stakeholders and strong data analysis skills are essential to gain market intelligence and define strategies that balance product availability with optimal inventory levels. You will leverage your expertise to drive process improvements and contribute to a high-performing, agile team. We support your career development and aim for you to achieve outstanding results. International mobility is an advantage but not essential for this role.

What you need is:
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
* Professional logistics experience
* Experience in Demand/Supply planning is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal partners across countries
* Ambition to grow and develop your career with Hilti
