Responsibilities
* Hunt and Conquer: Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic selling expertise to build compelling value propositions.
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, from C-suite executives to engineers, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
* Lead with Innovation: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative EMS solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within our target sectors.
* Drive Market Growth: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the European EMS market.
* Represent Plexus with Distinction: Act as a true ambassador for Plexus, showcasing our expertise in electronics manufacturing and our commitment to customer success.
Qualifications
* Proven track record: Successful business development experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry in Europe.
* Deep industry knowledge: A strong understanding of EMS processes, technologies, and market dynamics, specifically within the Industrial sector.
* Strategic mindset: Excellent strategic planning, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
* Hunter mentality: A proactive and results‑driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
* Relationship builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Collaborative spirit: A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
