Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
6. Assist with and help deliver on a range of residential projects
7. Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
8. Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
9. Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:
10. Degree within Architectural Technology
11. Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
12. Proficiency with Revit
13. Experience working on projects within the residential sector
14. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
15. Strong technical and presentation skills
16. Excellent communication and organisational skills
17. Live within a commutable distance to the Holmes Chapel area
