A leading civil engineering and infrastructure business is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to support major projects across the UK. This role offers long-term career progression, the opportunity to influence company-wide safety culture, and a key position within the operational leadership team.

Key Responsibilities for the HSEQ Manager:
* Supporting the development and delivery of the company‑wide HSEQ strategy.
* Driving performance against HSEQ KPIs and promoting continuous improvement.
* Leading and advising operational teams on compliance, risk management, and best practice.
* Conducting site inspections and audits across live projects.
* Supporting and guiding investigations into incidents, near misses, and hazards.
* Producing accurate HSEQ reports for senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile for the HSEQ Manager:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HSEQ role within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally holding/working towards CMIOSH status.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Experience supporting multiple projects or operational sites.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of driving cultural change.
* Competence in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies.
* A proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
