Team Overview: The Ad Policy Operations team ensures clear, consistent, and actionable ad content policies to empower partners and advertisers, making policy navigation simple and transparent.
Role Overview: As an Ad Policy Operations Analyst, you will mitigate risk, ensure policy compliance, support inquiries, review creatives, collaborate with legal and data privacy teams, and execute processes to maintain client compliance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound ad policy support tickets, providing excellent support to clients and teams.
2. Collaborating cross-functionally on policy issues with various teams.
3. Ensuring compliance with content standards, especially for sensitive categories.
4. Supporting third-party data management from a policy perspective.
5. Building trusted relationships with commercial teams on policy matters.
6. Managing documentation and coordinating global policy training.
7. Responding to inquiries during business hours and supporting policy enforcement efforts.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Background in Ad Tech, trust and safety, data privacy, or related fields preferred.
* Ability to navigate complex situations with minimal guidance.
* Experience with policy application and ad tech issues is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Office tools; basic SQL, HTML, JavaScript knowledge desirable.
* Additional language skills are a plus.
