We're recruiting an Employment Solicitor or Barrister
Contract length: permanent or part-time
Hours: full-time 37.5h/week
Location: London hybrid (with possibility of remote for an exceptional candidate)
The Work Rights Centre is looking for a motivated solicitor or barrister to contribute to our growing employment rights programme by providing expert legal advice and casework, supporting the wider development of the charity and our strategic goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a strong sense of justice, who values impact, teamwork, and autonomy in a diverse and agile team. Flexible and remote work options are available, along with 28 days of annual leave plus a winter holiday break.

* Two years of practising experience in the UK, with some employment law experience
* Experience working in a legal team
* Excellent analytical skills and legal research ability
* Strong client management skills, professionalism, and ability to set expectations
* Knowledge of and empathy for migrants and vulnerable workers
