Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe working environment for all staff, reporting safety concerns to Supervisors/Managers.
* Operate and maintain equipment used in production, reporting defects and repairs immediately.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to BRC standards and retailer COP.
* Follow GMP/SOP to ensure areas are audit-ready, maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards, including allergen protocols.
* Work closely with Supervisors and the technical department to ensure quality, integrity, and food safety.
* Ensure goods are packed correctly to prevent damage and that packaging is labeled properly.
Essential Attributes
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role and environment.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills (English).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Ability to complete documentation legibly and accurately.
* Basic understanding of allergen control and segregation.
* Basic understanding of HACCP principles.
* Trained in Basic Food Hygiene and Manual Handling.

* Flexible approach to meet changing demands.
* Ability to work effectively and safely with minimal supervision.
