We’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the smooth running of our multi-course golf venue. This is an opportunity to become part of a member-led club where every detail matters and exceptional experiences are part of everyday life.
What you’ll be doing
Creating a warm and memorable welcome for members and guests, building strong relationships from first tee to clubhouseSupporting the day-to-day running of the golf operation, from check-ins and retail to keeping everything flowing seamlessly behind the scenesDelivering excellent service at every touchpoint, anticipating needs and responding with confidence and carePromoting and recommending products and services that enhance the customer experiencePlaying a key role in the delivery of events, from corporate golf days to a full calendar of member competitionsWhat you’ll bring
A positive, friendly approach with a natural ability to connect with peopleA genuine passion for golf and a good understanding of the gameStrong organisation skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environmentConfidence in communicating with a wide range of customersA proactive, team-focused mindset with energy and attention to detailPrior experience in a customer-facing or golf environment is desirable.
