Job Description Senior Nursery Practitioner – Up to £35,300 | 42.5 Hours per week, all year round Set within acres of private woodland, this nursery is a truly special place where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play, and connection. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s nursery on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, knowledgeable early years professional ready to take on more responsibility — supporting the Room Leader, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring high-quality practice across the room. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or equivalent (essential) Significant experience in a nursery or early years setting Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Proven ability to lead, support, and inspire a team Excellent communication and organisational skills A nurturing, reflective, and proactive approach to practice Passion for outdoor learning and nature-based play What’s in it for you?
