What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the
first point of contact
for technical issues — via email, phone or ticket
* Supporting customers with
Office 365, Windows 10
, hardware and software troubleshooting
* Building and configuring PCs and laptops, assisting with onsite networking
* Installing, configuring and supporting common business applications
* Monitoring system alerts and
proactively resolving issues
* Contributing to knowledge base content and internal documentation
* Ensuring ticketing systems are up to date, and SLAs are met
* Following security protocols and helping to maintain compliance
What You'll Need to Bring
* You're a
Computer Science (or similar) student

* You've got some familiarity with
Microsoft 365
