Job Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fire Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and tools. Experience working across the London Underground or Network Rail Sites.\n\n * Location - Paddington\n\n * Salary - £65,000 Per Annum\n\n * Duration - 6 Months\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.\n\n * Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\n\n * Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.\n\n * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.\n\n * Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.\n\n * Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.\n\n * Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.\n\n * Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.\n\n * Experience commissioning and testing Morley fire panels\n\n * Management of 10 installation fire engineers\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within Tfl of NWR environment\n\n * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.\n\n * Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.\n\n * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.\n\n * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * Electrical or Fire qualifications\n\nTXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer If you have any specific requirements or require assistance or reasonable adjustments to be made for you during the selection process due to disability or long-term health condition, we will do our best to assist you
