During your employment with Zerographic, you will be exposed to a variety of different digital platforms and tools to support you in your role. Below is a list of duties and responsibilities that you can expect to work on during a typical working day: - To update and implement changes on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: HubSpot (full & continuous training will be provided). - The idea generation, creation and editing of company collateral. - Assist with website updates. - Content/ digital asset creation across various platforms, including social media, case studies, etc. - Utilise graphic creation software, such as Canva. - Supporting the sales team with account queries to enable the team to work as effectively as possible. - The updating and maintaining of account information for the sales team. - Learn data analysis through our account-based marketing (ABM) software, Demandbase, to support the Sales Development team (full & continuous training will be provided). - Utilising Google Analytics and Google AdWords to assist with PPC campaigns. - Create ad monitor paid social media campaigns. Alongside these tasks, as a central figure in the company, you should expect to receive ad hoc tasks from other colleagues within the company. The training you will be getting As an apprentice you will undertake the Level 3 Standard in Multi Channel Marketer. There may be a reaquirement to undertake Maths and English Functiomnal Skills as part of this course. All training is delivered fully remotely through Teams and there will be no requirement for day release. 1-1 educator sessions will be schedule for 2 hours every 3 weeks. What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship It is hoped but not guaranteed that an offer of full-time employment may be made. On successful completion there would be scope to undertake the level 4 Marketing Executive qualification.
