A leading manufacturer of complex mechanical components is looking to add to its progressive quality team. Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate stock control and ensure all materials are fully logged and traceable.
* Carry out goods x2011;in inspections and verify materials against purchase orders and specs.
* Manage quarantine stock and control all non x2011;conforming materials.
* Review and validate supplier material certificates to ISO 9001 and PED requirements. Liaise with suppliers to request missing or updated certificates.
* Compile and issue certification packs for outgoing orders.
* Keep supplier ISO 9001 certification records up to date.
Progression Opportunity:
* As you develop, youll take on responsibilities that support the Production Supervisor, building skills across assembly, stock, and manufacturing, with the opportunity to step into a supervisory role long x2011;term.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Great for candidates seeking long x2011;term development in manufacturing with a mix of quality and operational experience.
* Suits early:mid x2011;career candidates with manufacturing or quality experience and confidence handling technical documentation.
* ISO 9001 experience in engineering or manufacturing is beneficial.
