Overview

Are you passionate about shaping little minds, supporting families, and making every day an adventure for young children? If so, we’d love you to join our warm, friendly, and experienced team in Corby as a Nursery Practitioner.

At our nursery, every giggle, every first word, and every "I did it!" moment is a celebration—and you could be part of it.


Responsibilities

* Creating a fun, safe, and stimulating space where children feel happy, secure, and excited to learn.
* Delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
* Supporting, guiding, and mentoring junior team members with positivity and encouragement.
* Observing, tracking, and planning for individual children’s development.
* Working closely with Room Leaders and Heads of Unit to maintain high standards in care and education.
* Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety practices are followed, always.


Qualifications

* Level 2 or above in Early Years Education/Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, etc.)
* At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.
* A solid grasp of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
* A kind, nurturing nature and strong leadership and communication skills.
* Up-to-date DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding Training (or willingness to obtain).
