HR Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in London City office)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a small, dynamic HR team that has worked hard over the past 18 months to transform the HR function into a progressive, value-added service for a busy client group.
This role will support the HR Director with key project delivery and provide hands-on HR business partnering, including ad-hoc advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver HR projects aligned with business objectives.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Support change initiatives, including complex TUPE transfers.
* Partner with stakeholders to drive HR best practices and continuous improvement.
About You
To be successful, you will:
* Be available at short notice to start a 12-month contract.
* Have a strong CV demonstrating excellent TUPE experience.
* Proven track record in HR project delivery.
* Solid HR business partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.
