Sales and Office Administrator – Duties:
1. Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
2. Assisting in sales emails and quotations.
3. Follow up calls with clients.
4. Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
5. Raising PO’s and keeping track of purchasing for client projects.
6. Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and assisting in admin tasks for events.
7. Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
8. Maintaining records for ISO and SSAIB certification.
