Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time kitchen team member who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone with culinary experience who enjoys variety and is looking to grow with a company, take on new challenges, and develop their skills over time. There is room to expand to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food for catering events and retail service
* Assist with food prep and overall kitchen organization
* Support production for The Pot Pie Bar as needed
* Execute on-site cooking at catering events
* Assist with catering deliveries when required
* Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
* Follow direction and collaborate effectively with the team
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of culinary or kitchen experience required
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to take direction and contribute wherever neededReliable, punctual, and professional
* Arrives to work prepared and maintains a clean, presentable appearance
* Ability to work safely and responsibly in a kitchen environment
* Pay commensurate with experience
* Part-time position - room to grow full-time
