Customer Support Assistant - Mortgages
Milton Keynes | Fixed Term Contract - 12 months (with a view to going permanent)
We're looking for a Customer Support Assistant to deliver an outstanding customer journey from onboarding to ongoing account support. If you're passionate about customer service and have a background in mortgages, love problem-solving, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and digital channels.
* Resolve queries quickly and effectively, tailoring support to customer needs.
* Manage key processes such as product transfers, payments, and redemptions.
* Handle payments and reconciliations accurately.
* Support vulnerable customers with care and professionalism.
What we're looking for
* Previous customer service experience (financial services preferred).
* Mortgage experience is an advantage
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent).
