The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients and promoting the full range of Pivotal Sec Plus services.
Based in Stoke‑on‑Trent, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the region and supporting the continued growth of the business.
The role will involve managing the sales process from lead generation through to contract completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors including retail, hospitality and commercial clients
* Promote Pivotal Sec Plus services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract agreement
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
* Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
* Attend client meetings, networking events and industry activities where appropriate
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in sales or business development
* Strong ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience within cash management, security services, banking or payment solutions would be advantageous but not essential
