This role involves proactive community and stakeholder engagement to champion the values of Acorn Training and the adult learning services offered, inspiring individuals to enrol in programmes. You will help promote active participation and enrich the learning journey of adult learners, enhance learner referrals and enrolments, and forge partnerships with external stakeholders while ensuring compliance and reporting on referral generation.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, community organisations, and networks to support growth and success of adult learning programmes.
* Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
* Conduct information, advice, and guidance sessions to inform potential learners about opportunities in the adult learning curriculum.
* Engage with potential learners, employers, and community groups, providing accurate information on available programmes.
* Manage and maintain learner referral information, facilitating communication with tutors, the Skills Performance Manager, and Heads of Curriculum.
* Respond promptly to referral inquiries and provide required assistance.
* Assess individual learner needs and aspirations, delivering tailored information, advice, guidance, and support.
* Attend education and careers events as required and promote adult learning to potential learners.
* Ensure recruitment, enrolment and contract-related documentation is completed accurately and on time, adhering to funding and regulatory requirements.
* Meet monthly targets for programme starts, placements, and progressions.
* Develop and implement learner engagement strategies to encourage participation, attendance, and commitment.
* Collect learner feedback to identify opportunities for programme enhancement and improve the learning experience.
* Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote programmes and engage potential learners.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
* Essential
* Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification
* GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT
* Full driving licence
* Desirable
* L3 IAG or equivalent qualification
* Experience
* Essential: Track record of learner and stakeholder engagement; evidence of meeting and exceeding targets; experience of providing excellent customer service
* Desirable: Experience of working with employer networks, agencies and local authorities
* Knowledge
* Essential: Awareness of safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults; knowledge of safe working practices; commitment to Equal Opportunities and Diversity
* Skills
