We are currently looking for a Project Director in our Infrastructure OU, Energy sector based in Watford.
As the Project Director, you will:
* Lead and direct delivery of complex, high value energy sector programmes and portfolios.
* Set strategic direction across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and client objectives.
* Provide senior oversight of programme performance, including risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
* Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain solid senior stakeholder relationships, including clients, regulators, and internal leadership.
* Ensure effective integration across engineering, construction, commercial, and operational functions.
We are looking for:
* Extensive experience leading major programmes within the energy sector or comparable infrastructure environments.
* Track record of delivering complex, multi workstream projects at scale.
* Deep understanding of programme governance, risk management, and commercial controls.
* Experience working in regulated environments with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
* Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including clients and executive leadership.
