The ideal candidate will be someone who is a team player and dedicated.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win & 2022)</li><li>Installing PCs / upgrading software</li><li>Administration of IP phone systems</li><li>Supporting customer applications</li><li>Setting up email accounts and website hosting</li><li>Support for Macs remotely and on-site</li><li>Technical skills: Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, VPN Issues</li><li>Connectivity/ Wi-Fi Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Service Cancellations</li><li>IT Solutions & Project Work</li></ul><p><strong>Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Team player</li><li>Keen to learn</li><li>Confident communicating over the phone</li></ul>
