Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Welling, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
* Assisting with the planning and preparation of educational materials
* Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
* Supervising students during class and break times
* Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required for this role.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational environment is essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Knowledge of educational practises and principles
* Ability to provide support to students with diverse learning needs
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working full-time hours within a school setting in Welling, Greater London. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and students, contributing to the overall educational experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
