About the role
We at Cora Health are delighted to currently looking for an Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician, who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in Wakefield.
We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for a well-organised Advanced MSK Clinician, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
You will work closely with patients to develop personalised treatment plans, perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, and provide preventative care and education.
Join our motivated, ambitious, and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. You'll be registered with the HCPC and be qualified as a clinician that works within MSK practice.
We are committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists. If you're able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd like to hear from you.

* You must have experience of working at clinical level 7 and be able to prove that from your MSK competencies at application
* A senior physiotherapist or FCP looking for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist role
* Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
* A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
* Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC)
* Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
* Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
* Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP.
* Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal
* Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
* Experience of developing team members
* A passion for treating people holistically, integrating with other services and addressing health inequalities
Desirable:
* You are already carrying out MSK injections
* You have an NMP qualification or are planning on working towards this and can demonstrate the benefit of this
* You have local knowledge of the area and the demographic of people we work with
* You have advanced competence in rehab
What you will benefit from...
Working within a dynamic group of clinicians and supporting service colleagues you will learn from and with them and be proud when you inspire and develop others from your expertise too. Here are the added extras to our commitment to being a great place to work.
