Advanced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative Salary: £50,000 per annum Company Van Fuel Card Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for experienced plumbers to join our growing social housing repairs team across Cambridge. This is a permanent, directly employed position offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and a consistent workload. Areas Covered Properties are located across: Cambridge and surrounding areas Applicants must be willing to work across all contract areas. What We Offer £50,000 basic salary Permanent, full-time employment Monthly pay Company van Fuel card for business use PDA and branded uniform Consistent year-round workload Local social housing contracts Opportunities for progression and development Stable employment with an established contractor The Role We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional multi-trade skills including: Patch repair plastering Basic carpentry (desirable) Basic tiling (desirable) Basic electrics (like for like) You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. What We're Looking For You will have: Experience working within social housing reactive maintenance Strong plumbing skills Experience working in occupied homes Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your workload Full UK manual driving licence Why Join Gilmartins?
